Additional $4.6M budget gap EX MAYOR SHEHANS FISCAL INCOMPENTENCE Albany New York, Brian Scavo said: Another budget shortfall announced on Friday by the new mayor because of ex-mayor Kathy Sheehan's fiscal incompetence, Sheehan knew her budget was a mess and didn't care that the Albany taxpayers would have to foot the bill due to her mismanagement of taxpayer funds. So what this means is , if the new mayor can't make the tough cuts or get additional funding for the city of Albany, we are looking at a massive tax increase. Respectfully Hon. Brian Scavo
