Albany, New York Today Former Albany County legislator Brian Scavo called for Kathy Hochul and Dan McCoy and the new Mayor of Albany to call on the Albany School district to Allow their tax paying residents to pay their school tax bills on installment, this would take the load off the disabled and seniors' citizens in the city of Albany. Albany New York Scavo calls for Albany residents to vote against the 17 percent tax increase of the Albany public library, Scavo went on to say that Albany residents (HOMEOWNERS) have been taxed enough time to stop the money train and make the tough cuts, the Albany Library system needs to close some of the library's, too long have the Albany City Homeowners bared the brunt of Fiscal mismanagement.
