Albany, New York Today Former Albany County legislator Brian Scavo called for Kathy Hochul and Dan McCoy and the new Mayor of Albany to call on the Albany School district to Allow their tax paying residents to pay their school tax bills on installment, this would take the load off the disabled and seniors' citizens in the city of Albany. McCoy with a 1.5-billion-dollar budget should be able to put this deal together for Albany and Albany County. Respectfully Hon Brian Scavo
