HON BRIAN SCAVO FIGHTS FORCLOSURE CASE ON CASE LAW vs Sefcu/Cap Con /Broadview FCU credit union

Albany NY:  Today Hon Brian Scavo commented on the Foreclosure action of Sefcu/Cap con/Broadview FCU Credit Union . Hon Brian Scavo took out a HELOC loan in 2019 at 3% interest and payment of $484 a month. Due to a critical illness Brian missed two and a half payments credit union Sefcu/Cap Con /Broadview FCU, Hon Brian Scavo went to the credit union to settle the arrears. The amount was $1100. dollars the Credit Union Broadview refused payment saying " It was too late we sent it to our lawyers" Well this credit union gave Hon Brian Scavo the number of the law firm based in Georgia , Hon Brian Scavo called them 50 to 100 times and left messages and got no response. Well Hon Brian Scavo hired a law firm from Long Island New York to handle this case , But due to the firms failure to respond and malpractice  and inadequate defense and failure to respond to motions and even not showing up for a conference saying they would defend my property, This Law firm in Georgia would not send the loan modification paperwork, Hon Brian Scavo had to call Sefcu/Cap Con/Broadview fcu at winner's circle in Albany NY to have the loan modification paperwork emailed to him to get the paperwork to my law firm. I even wrote the CEO of Broadview fcu with no response. Hon Brian Scavo tried to work this out with the bank but the would not respond. What  Sefcu /Cap Con / Broadview did is change my checking account number and told SSA that it was the wrong address. MAY 19TH VOTE NO LIBRARY TAX 17 % TAX INCREASE FOR ALBANY NEW YORK

Albany New York Scavo calls for Albany residents to vote against the 17 percent tax increase of the Albany public library, Scavo went on to say that Albany residents (HOMEOWNERS) have been taxed enough time to stop the money train and make the tough cuts, the Albany Library system needs to close some of the library's, too long have the Albany City Homeowners bared the brunt of Fiscal mismanagement. Scavo said " Essentially the Albany library is saying they're not sure of their financial situation, BALANCE YOUR BOOKS MAKE THE TOUGH CUTS" no need for another tax increase in the city of Albany. Hopefully the New Mayor will call for this new tax to be withdrawn.
